Refund & Cancellation Policy

Annual plans (Newsroom, Publisher, Enterprise)

Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual term; your plan features remain active until then. No pro-rata refunds for unused time.
First-purchase guarantee. If this is your company's first paid plan on Bindex, you may request a full refund within 30 days of first purchase, no questions asked. The plan ends on refund; content already published remains published under its labels unless you delete it.
Renewals. We email a reminder at least 14 days before every renewal. If you missed a renewal charge, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it and end the plan.
Duplicate or erroneous charges are always refunded in full.

Job postings

Refunded in full, automatically, if a posting is declined in moderation.
Non-refundable once published; unused postings in a 3-pack remain usable for 12 months.

Advertising, sponsorships and featured placements

Governed by the applicable insertion order or the Advertising & Sponsorship Terms. Unless stated otherwise there: cancellations before the placement start date are refunded in full; started placements are non-refundable for the current period.

How to request

Email billing@bindex.dev from your account email with the invoice number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable mandatory law.
