Corrections (fastest path)

Spotted an error in a listing, brief or article? Email corrections@bindex.dev with the URL, the error and a source. We acknowledge within 2 business days and correct substantiated errors with the change logged on the record. Companies can fix their own listings instantly by claiming them.

Takedown requests

For content you believe infringes rights or should be removed, including logos, images, personal data, or confidential information: email takedown@bindex.dev with the URL, your identity and authority, the grounds, and (for IP claims) identification of the protected work. We acknowledge within 2 business days, act in good faith, and remove or suppress content where a claim is substantiated. Suppressed brand marks are never re-fetched.

Logos and brand marks

We display company logos to identify each company's own listing (nominative use), sourced via domain-based lookup or company upload. Any company may replace its mark by claiming its listing, or have it suppressed on request.

Counter-notice and reinstatement

If your content was removed on a third-party claim, you may respond with grounds and evidence; we review and may reinstate.

Abuse

Fraudulent takedown requests (impersonation, bad-faith claims) may be rejected and reported.
