How Bindex works

The neutrality commitments

Bindex exists to make insurance APIs and MCP servers findable — nothing more. These commitments define what we will and will not do.

1. We list, we don't vouch

   Bindex is a directory, not a certifier. No listing on this site is verified, audited, scored, or endorsed by us. Claim status and freshness chips describe provenance of the data — never quality of the product.

2. We never underwrite, broker, or distribute insurance

   Bindex is not an insurer, reinsurer, broker, agent, or distributor. Nothing on this site is an offer of insurance or a recommendation to buy, sell, or integrate any product.

3. We are not a party to any buyer–vendor relationship

   Connection requests are forwarded as-is. Any evaluation, contract, or integration that follows is strictly between the requester and the provider.

4. Paid placements are always labeled and never affect search order

   Sort order on Bindex is determined only by neutral signals: recency of updates, listing completeness, or alphabetical order. Placement in results can never be bought, and any future paid unit will be explicitly labeled as such.
